Carnival

Now you don't need to go to the ghetto to find a decent shooting pallor.

I couldn't get a darn screenshot okay? Gimmie a break... uh oh... dance time! Kit Kat!

Ironhawk's Review

Graphics: 8        Those are ducks and not dragons, right?  Well would you look at that, they are.  Good.

Sound: 6            They give you an option to turn off the music so you don't go insane after it loops for the 20th time.

Playability: 8       It could use a difficulty boost.  C'mon how hard is moving a turret left and right and shooting anyway, after all the other Space Invaders clones.

Concept: 7         Well it had to happen sooner or later.

Retro Value: 5    If you like this type of shooter, you may want to hold onto this game.

Overall: 5           Far too easy.  No incentive to get the mega high score.

Nightowl's Review

Graphics: 9    A bunch of sprites moving left and right... nothing special here.

Sound: 0    Say hello to THE most generic carnival music in the entire megaverse.

Playability: 10    There isn't much to do... so of course it gets a 10...

Concept: 5    It's the best shooter on Colecovision...

Retro Value: 9    It's a good, quick play... it just take 10 minutes to get the system running.

Overall: 9    All it needs is a second level...
