G-Gundam
Well... let's get things started. Gundam Fight final set! Ready? GO!
Pick your poison... For the land... of the free... Soldier Field: Circa 1985
Ironhawk's Review
Graphics: 7 Pretty bland looking. The backgrounds don't look like they're out of G Gundam. Or maybe they do. G Gundam had washed-out color.
Sound: 6 The music is bad and has nothing to do with Gundam or it's ilk. But you get real voice effects. "Ro-se Bit-u!" I don't know if they used the real voice actors or not but if they did it's pretty cool.
Playability: 3 You know, I thought they sped up G Gundam a bit to air it on TV. And the utter slowness of this game proves it. Stupid time cuts.
Concept: 4 Yes, G Gundam needed a fighting game, it just would have been better if they fought outside their machines, with occasional support by the Gundams in the form of special attacks.
Retro Value: 3 No. Endless Duel.
Overall: 4 "Burning Finger combined with the School of the Undefeated of the East's Final Secret Technique: SEKIHA TENKYOKEN! ... obliterate this game!"
Nightowl's Review
Graphics: 7 Nice... but the frame rate chops up all the time. And why do the shadows disappear when you jump?
Sound: 1 I can't even really remember. There were so few sound effects to begin with...
Playability: 3 Devil Gundam is Cheap-City USA... and Shining/God Gundam is a little too weak. The characters are ballenced all over the place. This would be good in any other fighting game... but not one this slow.
Concept: 0 "Let's sell more action figures!"
Retro Value: 1 What game?
Overall: 2 I'll play Endless Dual... thanks for the try.
